Job Summary


We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and people-focused Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and drive a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compliance, and organizational development.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Act as a key advisor to executive leadership on organizational and talent issues
  • Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Oversee the recruitment strategy to attract top talent
  • Ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and career progression frameworks

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive organizational culture focused on engagement, accountability, and inclusivity
  • Lead conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency
  • Serve as a trusted partner for employees at all levels

Learning & Development

  • Design and manage training programs for employee development
  • Support leadership development and coaching initiatives
  • Promote continuous learning and up skilling across the organization

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Oversee compensation strategies and benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

HR Operations & Systems

  • Manage HR systems, data, and reporting
  • Optimize HR processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Lead or support digital transformation initiatives in HR


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including leadership roles, ideally in a growing organization with 100+ employees.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, and employment regulations
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and organizational development
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

  • Package - 200K - 300K Gross
