💡 About the Role


We're seeking a results-obsessed Head of Growth to architect, execute, and scale our growth strategy. Reporting directly to our Growth and Product Co-founder and working tightly with the CEO, Sales Director (Europe), the wider sales & marketing team, you will be the driving force behind our experimentation engine.


Your primary goal is to significantly impact our New Business by identifying, testing, and scaling high-impact growth initiatives.


This role requires you to be deeply hands-on from day one, personally driving experiments and securing early wins. Your reflex is "How can we reduce the scope of work to ship a 1st thing in 48h?"


As you identify and validate scalable strategies, you will then transition to building and leading a dedicated growth team (including growth marketers, engineers, or content) to expand on these successes.


✨ What You'll Do


  • Develop & Own the Growth Strategy: Define the roadmap for experimentation and scaling focused on new customer acquisition, being proactive with new ideas weekly during ramp-up, then monthly.


  • Drive Experiment Velocity for Acquisition: Design, launch, and analyze experiments rapidly across the top of the funnel, focusing on new user acquisition and lead generation to identify key growth levers.


  • Explore and Execute on a Range of Acquisition Channels & Tactics. While you'll define priorities based on experimentation, areas of focus could include (but are not limited to):
  • Maximizing the value of our inbound leads through advanced scoring, automation, and multi-threaded outreach to key personas (e.g., C-levels from high-value inbound companies).
  • Developing and scaling warm outbound campaigns targeting prospects who have engaged with our brand (e.g., website visitors, LinkedIn interactions).
  • Implementing high-volume, effective cold email outreach strategies (targeting hundreds of thousands per month).
  • Expanding our reach through affiliate programs, strategic partnerships (agencies, tech, resellers), and ambassador programs (including creating dedicated LPs).
  • Executing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Driving large-scale email marketing campaigns to encourage account creation and trial (e.g., with free credits).
  • Leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation: This includes developing compelling lead magnets for our CEO, sales team (addressing different personas/markets), and yourself (if comfortable). You'll support our team's strong LinkedIn presence (GTM team publishes 3x/week).
  • Creatively using our product-led motion to design impactful outreach campaigns for new prospect acquisition.
  • Developing strategies to expand our footprint within key accounts by reaching out to new potential users who are teammates of recent signups.
  • These are just some ideas, but more generally your goal is to find differentiated and novel growth strategies that deliver surprisingly good results because they aren’t saturated yet.


  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Orchestrate efforts and ensure rapid shipping by effectively collaborating with Sales, Marketing (PMM), Product, Design, Engineering, and Community.


  • Master Our GTM Stack & Beyond: Leverage tools like HubSpot, Partnero, Aircall, Gong, Slack, Segment, Make, n8n, Airbyte, Fivetran, BigQuery, Fillout, Notion, Instantly, Clay. You are encouraged to propose and add any other tools that might enhance growth efforts. You'll also utilize our internal enrichment capabilities and strong data partner relationships.


  • Scale What Works: Identify winning strategies, build the systems (potentially staffing with dedicated software engineers if sensible) to implement them at scale, and recruit/manage key personnel (e.g., growth marketers, engineers, content persons) to amplify successful initiatives.


  • Analyze & Report: Own the tracking and reporting of growth KPIs, focusing on impact on acquisition and new business.

  • Proven Growth Experience: Demonstrated success in scaling New Business for a B2B SaaS company through experimentation and execution, particularly in customer acquisition.


The Growth Skillset Blend:

  • Creativity: A constant flow of new experiment ideas.
  • Copywriting: Skills to craft compelling messaging that creates interest and desire.
  • Technical Savviness: Comfortable working with marketing/sales automation tools, databases (SQL proficiency and past database work required), making API requests, and understanding technical possibilities for scale. Experience with our stack is a plus.
  • Organization & Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage complex projects, align cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives to completion rapidly.


  • Experimentation Obsessed: A deep-seated drive to test, learn, and iterate quickly. You value speed and validated learning above all.


  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions about where to focus efforts.


  • Exceptional Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects involving designers, developers, Sales, PMM, and community stakeholders.


  • High Ownership & Results Focus: You take initiative, own outcomes, and are relentlessly focused on driving measurable results.

  • Within 1 month: You've demonstrated your hands-on ability to rapidly execute growth experiments and strategies, getting deeply familiar with our current GTM motion and stack.
  • Within 3 months: You've identified and launched measurable experiments and potential levers that show strong promise to significantly alter our company's growth trajectory for new customer acquisition.
  • Within 6 months: You've scaled the most successful experiments, are actively recruiting the right people (e.g., growth marketers, engineers, content creators) to expand these efforts, and are continuing to drive experimentation with the same velocity to unlock new growth channels.
