As the Head of Growth & Marketing, you won’t inherit a roadmap—you’ll write it. This is your opportunity to define go-to-market strategy, build brand authority, and lead end-to-end execution in a fast-scaling environment. You’ll be a strategic partner to the CEO and an architect of how this company communicates with the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Full Marketing Funnel: Define and lead marketing across demand generation, product marketing, content, brand positioning, digital strategy, and events.
- Craft the Narrative: Translate highly technical platform capabilities into compelling, differentiating messages for enterprise buyers.
- Execute and Iterate: Launch and scale multi-channel marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Collaborate at the C-Level: Partner with product, engineering, and sales to align market insights with product strategy and revenue goals.
- Build and Scale the Team: Recruit and lead a world-class team as the company grows from seed to Series B.
- Lead with Influence: Represent the company through thought leadership, strategic partnerships, and industry forums.
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of marketing leadership in wireless technology or enterprise network software (e.g., experience at a supplier/vendor like Cisco, Aruba, or Nokia).
- Proven success owning marketing in a startup from seed or Series A through growth.
- Deep understanding of SaaS and GTM execution for highly technical B2B products.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute end-to-end marketing strategies independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive alignment across technical and executive audiences.
Preferred:
- Experience in adjacent markets such as IoT, edge computing, or private 5G.
- Prior success scaling brand presence and demand generation under lean conditions.
- Recognized voice in the industry—public speaking, authored content, or panel participation.
