The Role

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Head of Global eCommerce to join our team on a fixed-term 12-month contract, based in our London office. Reporting to our Global Marketing Director this position will develop and implement the vision and strategy for NEOM Wellbeing’s global D2C eCommerce sites. Leading the delivery of take-to-market trading plans for neomwellbeing.com across the UK, US, and ROW markets.

You will take full ownership of the D2C trading P&Ls, overseeing annual trading plans and optimising on-site customer journeys to drive long-term, profitable growth. Responsible for the management of talented eCommerce team working across all D2C markets.

You will communicate the Global D2C strategy and priorities to senior stakeholders, influencing the strategic brand direction. Your strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills will be essential in driving the success of our eCommerce initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Develop a 12-month Ecommerce trading strategy and trade calendar with KPIs to measure performance across global markets (UK, US, and ROW).
  • Deliver annual product launches, core product re-pulses, exclusive campaigns, and promotional plans aligned with the global marketing calendar.
  • Own key site metrics (Sales, AOV, CVR, Gross Margin) to track business performance and stay updated on the wider Ecommerce market.
  • Enhance site engagement and CVR through strong merchandising, consumer user journeys, and brand storytelling to position neomwellbeing.com as the 'brand home'.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Social, Creative, CRM, and Paid Media teams to establish NEOM as the go-to Wellbeing brand and deliver a seamless site journey.
  • Manage a team and external agency partners, setting clear objectives, SLAs, performance KPIs, and review protocols to continually improve performance.
  • Develop and execute a site test plan/roadmap with Paid Media, CRM, and Web Development teams to optimize the site, increase customer dwell time, and improve CVR and site performance.
  • Work with the Web Development team to monitor and implement improvements that drive CVR, maximize customer experience, and deliver digital-first innovation.
  • Oversee site merchandising and provide feedback to teams to optimize assets for D2C KPIs.
  • Manage the annual trading budgeting process, including daily, weekly, and monthly D2C Trading targets and budgeting reforecasting as needed.
  • Own D2C site reporting, working with external agencies and relevant internal teams to ensure BI, data insights, and performance narratives are integrated into planning for ongoing enhancements.
  • Lead internal stakeholder and external agency meetings to review KPIs, performance wrap-ups, and actionable insights to ensure KPI achievement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing D2C trading performance for a growing ecommerce consumer brand.
  • Senior management experience in global eCommerce and D2C trading, including team management and managing external agencies.
  • Experience in stock managment/merchanising is desirable
  • Strong analytical skills to measure trade performance and drive ongoing improvements.
  • Experience with A/B testing and a test-and-learn mindset.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics reporting tools.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to apply business insights and data to trade decisions.
  • Driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on performance delivery against KPIs.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with the Omni-Channel team for seamless activation.
  • Focus on team performance, development, engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Lead by example and drive the NEOM culture through the team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of influencing key stakeholders and managing expanding teams.
  • Prior experience within the beauty industry is desirable
  • Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the brand
