Role Overview

We are hiring for a leading and growth oriented D2C brand who is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Controller/ Head to join the Founder's Office. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and providing strategic insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, analyze, and present monthly financial reports.

- Prepare daily MIS reports ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations.

- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

- Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis and automation.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Maintain audit-ready documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

- 2-4 years of experience in finance roles with D2C sector exposure.

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ERP financial systems.

- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
