We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Finance to join a leading company in the consumer durables industry. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12+ years of post-qualification experience, including a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and business partnering at a leadership level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Partner with senior leadership to drive business strategy and performance
• Manage risk, optimize cash flow, and support growth initiatives
• Lead finance teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence

Requirements:

• CA with minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong experience in the consumer durables or similar industry
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Experience : 15 - 20 Years

CTC up to 60 LPA
