Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Finance & FP&A, Grade: Sr Manager/AGM, to lead financial

planning, analysis, budgeting, and cost control while managing the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts

Receivable (AR) and Finance Executives. The role is responsible for driving financial insights,

compliance, and business performance improvements. The ideal candidate should possess strong

leadership, analytical, and process optimization skills.


Job Title: Head of Finance & FP&A | Grade : Sr. Manager / AGM

Location: Gurugram Sector 49, Sohna Road

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory)

Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience

Budget: 17 LPA


Key Responsibilities:


1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Lead the FP&A function to drive business insights and financial efficiency.

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

• Perform profitability analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

• Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actuals) and drive corrective actions.

• Support strategic business decisions through data-driven financial insights.


2. Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor the AP & AR teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Implement strong credit control measures to minimize outstanding receivables.

• Ensure timely vendor payments while optimizing cash flow management.

• Improve invoice processing, reconciliation, and automation for efficiency.


3. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, MIS, and board presentations.

• Drive cost control initiatives and monitor financial KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS), taxation (GST, TDS, corporate tax), and

audit requirements.

• Manage audit readiness and risk mitigation, coordinating with internal and external auditors.


4. Business Partnering & Decision Support:

• Act as a financial advisor to senior management, providing insights on key financial trends.

• Partners with various departments drive cost efficiencies and revenue growth.

• Develop financial dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms.


5. Team Leadership & Process Improvement:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Finance Executives, AP, and AR professionals.

• Drive automation and process improvements in finance operations.

• Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.


Key Skills & Competencies:

•Strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• In-depth understanding of AP, AR, financial controls, and process automation

• Proven experience in cost control, variance analysis, and business decision support

• Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit readiness

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience (CA) in Finance & FP&A roles.

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or e-commerce is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, MIS reporting, and financial automation tools
