Our story started in 1996 with our first branch opened in Ulus, Istanbul. As the pioneer of Turkey's quick service restaurant chains, we combined the home delivery concept with pizza. This merger also ignited our spirit of innovation, which keeps our energy high.

WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKE YOU STAND OUT FOR THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience,
- Strong expertise in managing IT infrastructure and field operations, including internet, 3G, voice lines, and network hardware (routers, switches).
- Proven experience in vendor management, billing processes, and SLA tracking through ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure setup and support for international operations, including Azerbaijan, Georgia, and other upcoming locations.
- Hands-on experience in end-user technical support for hardware and software issues, including Office 365 and video conferencing systems.
- Ability to analyze and optimize financial operations related to IT services and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT project management, including requirement analysis, software development lifecycle, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Deep understanding of enterprise application maintenance, process improvement, and market research for innovative solutions.
- Strong relationship management skills with both internal stakeholders and external business partners.
- Ability to lead and organize teams for IT application support, system enhancements, and operational continuity.
WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?
Field Operations:
- Monitor and manage the performance of internet, 3G, and voice lines, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of network devices, including routers and switches, for retail locations.
- Facilitate IT infrastructure setup for new international retail locations and provide ongoing support for existing stores.
- Manage ticketing tools to oversee incident, request, and problem management while reporting SLA compliance.
- Support end-users at headquarters and commissary locations with hardware, network, and access issues.
- Maintain backup processes for critical applications and ensure equipment provisioning for new employees.
- Manage Office 365 accounts, licenses, and related technical support in collaboration with vendors.
Enterprise Applications:
- Collaborate with functional departments to analyze needs and improve business processes with tailored IT solutions.
- Manage relationships with business partners, track IT project timelines, and ensure regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee software development, testing, and deployment to support operational excellence.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed IT projects and manage their implementation once approved.
- Ensure the maintenance, support, and enhancement of business applications while handling change management processes.
- Stay updated on market innovations and propose projects that add value to the organization.
- Define team goals, manage work plans, and monitor the unit's budget to align with organizational objectives.
