Your tasks

• Promote the use of reusable code, modular components, efficient source control, and streamlined deployment processes.
• Guide the strategic direction of technical solutions and ensure alignment with group objectives.
• Oversee the work of external subcontractors to maintain consistency with strategic goals.
• Lead multiple teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and external subcontractors.
• Define and enforce development processes and technical designs in line with group strategies.
• Track project progress and validate the technical quality of deliverables.
• Assess functional and non-functional requirements to ensure project success.
• Oversee the operation of core technology solutions and establish third-level support for complex issues.
• Maintain productive relationships with external delivery partners.

Your profile

• Proven experience as a lead developer with a track record of effective technical leadership.
• Skilled in managing multiple internal and external software delivery teams.
• Advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure) and agile methodologies.
• Highly proactive and well-organized, with exceptional planning and communication skills.
• Trusted advisor to senior leadership, capable of providing high-level guidance.
• Fluent in English and German is required for this position.
