Role Overview:

The Head of End User Technology will lead the strategy and execution of modern workplace technologies to enhance productivity, collaboration, and employee experience across physical, digital, and hybrid work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage teams responsible for collaboration tools (support products such as M365 suite, Active Directory, Exchange online and Azure) and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Drive innovation, change and implement a workspace technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Enable hybrid and remote work with solutions like VDI, cloud platforms, and secure access systems.
• Integrate smart office technologies (IoT, AV systems, hot-desking software) to optimize workspace efficiency.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy across all workplace technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in IT or workplace technology, with leadership experience.
• Expertise in hybrid work solutions, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), and modern productivity tools (products such as M365 suite, Active Directory, Exchange online and Azure).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
