An innovative automotive supplier based in Olomouc is seeking a Head of Purchasing to lead their procurement function across direct and indirect spend categories, with a key focus on PCBA, electronics, and technical components.

As a key part of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for driving supplier strategy, performance, and cost optimization in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the purchasing team across categories, with direct focus on PCBA, electronic components, and mechanical parts

• Define and implement sourcing strategies in line with company objectives

• Negotiate supplier contracts and drive cost-saving initiatives

• Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality teams on new product launches (NPI) and supplier development

• Ensure compliance with global quality, delivery, and sustainability standards

• Build strategic relationships with key global and regional suppliers

📌 Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive procurement or electronics manufacturing

• Deep understanding of PCBA sourcing and electronics supplier base

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams

• Fluent in English; Czech or German is a plus

• Willingness to be onsite in Olomouc with occasional international travel
