Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the in-house digital marketing team to deliver on business and brand objectives.
  • Take ownership of digital marketing budgeting and planning, including allocation across paid media, content, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and CRM.
  • Drive business growth through strategic digital campaigns focused on performance, engagement, and conversion.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content and platform strategy across all brand channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, Pinterest, Email, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as design, e-commerce, retail, and operations to align digital initiatives with overall brand goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing with proven results in revenue growth and brand building.
  • Prior experience working with Bags, & Accessories category, Clothing, or Ecommerce marketplaces background.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and scale a team, driving motivation and accountability.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools
