Vice President of Data Analytics to lead the evolution of its Analytics and Reporting function. Reporting to the Chief Digital and Technology Officer, this role drives data as a competitive advantage, fostering a data-driven culture and delivering strategic insights across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a Center of Excellence for data, reporting, and analytics.
• Lead analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Drive SAP/ERP implementations and transformative data capabilities.
• Manage a team of ~80, including onshore, offshore, and vendor partners.
• Oversee analytics technologies, AI, and machine learning ecosystems.
• Establish performance metrics, SLAs, and KPIs for analytics services.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in enterprise analytics and reporting.
• Expertise in SAP/ERP implementations and large-scale projects.
• Candidate must have transformation experience.
• Retail experience and/or CPG
• Strong skills in data science, reporting, and vendor management.
• Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Data Analytics or related field.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, and supply chain analytics.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and marketing analytics.
