Our client, a leading operator in the Dutch iGaming market, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Head of CRM to take ownership of their retention and VIP strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape customer journeys in a regulated environment where responsible engagement is key.
Based in Malta, with flexible hybrid work options, you’ll report directly to the CMO and work closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, and Compliance. The ideal candidate combines commercial CRM leadership with a deep understanding of Dutch player behavior and regulatory sensitivity.
