Our client, a leading operator in the Dutch iGaming market, is looking for a Dutch-speaking Head of CRM to take ownership of their retention and VIP strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape customer journeys in a regulated environment where responsible engagement is key.


Based in Malta, with flexible hybrid work options, you’ll report directly to the CMO and work closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, and Compliance. The ideal candidate combines commercial CRM leadership with a deep understanding of Dutch player behavior and regulatory sensitivity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the CRM, Retention, and VIP strategy for the Dutch market
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing CRM team, ensuring clear KPIs and strong execution
  • Own the full customer lifecycle across all CRM channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, on-site)
  • Drive segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies that deliver performance while upholding responsible gaming principles
  • Partner with VIP managers to enhance high-value player engagement and long-term loyalty
  • Work with Compliance and Responsible Gaming teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory requirements
  • Use data and analytics to constantly test, optimize, and improve campaign performance
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the CMO and leadership team


Requirements

  • 4+ years of CRM experience in the iGaming sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of the Dutch iGaming market, including player behavior and regulatory context
  • Proven track record in retention, lifecycle marketing, and VIP strategy
  • Experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in CRM and ESP tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment
  • Based in Malta or willing to relocate
