🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Content Production Leadership: Scale content production across multiple brands and regions, ensuring localization and brand consistency.
• Localization Framework: Develop and implement localization strategies to cater to various languages, cultural nuances, and brand requirements.
• Process Optimization: Streamline content production workflows, define efficient processes, and implement software automation to enhance productivity and compliance.
• Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of authors, translators, and proofreaders to deliver high-quality content on time.
• Quality and SLA Management: Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring top-tier quality control and timely content delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Brand teams to synchronize content strategies and enhance user engagement.
