Position Summary
This position provides an extraordinary member experience by directing and coordinating activities for the indirect and direct Consumer Lending programs to include loan underwriting, funding, and quality control, auto and boat dealer relationship management, retail branch and member interaction, reporting, contract review, and compliance. Works with Head of Lending and senior management to develop and implement department goals. Manages a staff of seven and works closely with related departments – i.e. Loan Servicing, Retail Branch Network, Finance, Collections, and Risk/Compliance.
