In this position you will build and lead CP’s competitive and business intelligence capability from the ground up. Deliver actionable insights to drive smarter decisions across M&A, portfolio strategy, commercial planning, and investor relations.

Your Tasks

• Build and manage comprehensive competitive and market intelligence data landscape, covering all relevant domains (M&A, portfolio, commercial, IR)
• Lead regular and ad-hoc provision of intelligence services, including in-market performance reporting, competitive landscaping, LoE/IP tracking, and opportunity screening
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting cadence (monthly, quarterly, executive briefs)
• Translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for internal stakeholders
• Manage external vendors and data platforms (e.g., IQVIA, EvaluatePharma, Citeline, customs/IP tools)
• Continuously evolve analytics methodology and visualization standards to meet business needs
• Support prioritization, business case, and strategic planning processes with targeted intelligence inputs
  
  

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business management, economics, finance or related fields
• You have 6-9 years of experience in in competitive/market intelligence or consulting roles
• You have proven background in specialized providers (e.g., IQVIA, Citeline, Datamonitor) or BI roles in Pharma/CDMO
• You have experience in the environment of internationally operating companies in the healthcare/life sciences sector or experience working cross-functionally is a plus
• You have strong skills in data analytics, dashboarding, and storytelling (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• You have a strategic, insight-driven mindset with strong business intuition and communication skills
• You are business fluent in English and ideally fluent in German
