INTERIM Commercial Finance Leader (SENIOR Finance Manager / HEAD OF Level)

Salary : £100k - £120k (day rates also considered)

The Role:

As Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a high growth, extremely ambitious and purpose-driven organisation. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director, you’ll lead a team to deliver first-class commercial insights, business partner to Senior Stakeholders, performance reviews & financial planning & analysis. What We’re Looking For:

• Senior Finance Manager or Head of Finance Level (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in senior FP&A or commercial finance roles, within FMCG or Retail industries.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• A strategic thinker with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Leadership experience and a passion for team development.
