Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Client Services team to ensure seamless and efficient post-sales process
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Manage individual Client Services Manager’s review activity, motivate and mentor them to maximize individual potential
• Ensure overall compliance to internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory policies as dictated by local regulatory body and MAS

Job Requirements

• Degree holder, with 10 years of relevant experience in the financial industry
• Experience and knowledge in life insurance and/or HNW space
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
