About Us:

We are a lean, fast-scaling B2B wholesale company that sells high-demand electronic accessories in bulk to businesses. Our clients are corporate buyers, distributors, and large retailers, not consumers. We’re now hiring a proven B2B Sales - Corporate Accounts Manager to lead sales strategy, manage and grow the team, and close large-volume deals with professionalism and urgency.

Important: This is not a stepping-stone role. We’re looking for someone with 5+ years in B2B wholesale or corporate sales management, experience with team leadership, and a record of closing bulk deals over $100K. You’ll need to bring a strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and comfort working directly with executives at major companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the entire B2B sales process — from prospecting to closing and repeat orders.
  • Oversee and support the current B2B Sales Executive, providing guidance, structure, and accountability.
  • Take full responsibility for recruiting and building out the sales team as the company grows.
  • Convert website inquiries and inbound leads into bulk corporate orders.
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy, including pricing, outreach, and CRM use.
  • Represent the company in client meetings (remote and in-person), including occasional travel.
  • Report on pipeline health, KPIs, and team performance to the executive team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of closing large-volume corporate deals ($50K+ preferred).
  • 2+ years leading or managing a sales team (hiring, coaching, reporting).
  • Experience with wholesale, distribution, or enterprise procurement sales models.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where decisions move quickly.
  • Familiarity with online lead follow-up and converting digital interest into business accounts.
  • Comfortable working onsite and committing to long hours during key growth periods.
  • Experience using CRM platforms - Zoho and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and professional presentation skills.
