Around this team, and for now, we’re looking for a Head of Program Management / Senior Program Manager / Head of Business Analysis with an AI & Data-focused lense to deliver the wider enterprise strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver AI and machine learning solutions that solve real-world business challenges and drive digital transformation.

Key Details:

• Salary: circa $210,000–$275,000 + bonus + strong benefits package
• Location: Remote-based with Miami, Florida HQ and hubs in New York and London, UK.
• Future Growth: You will be part of an emerging division, working closely with the leadership teams to drive AI adoption. As this grows, we'll be looking to promote people internally when possible.

Key Skills, Attributes, and Experience Desired:

• AI & ML Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise AI solutions, machine learning deployment, data science project lifecycle, and cloud-native ML services such as Azure ML.
• Programme/Project Leadership: Strong experience managing complex delivery of AI, Data, or Digital Transformation programmes across multiple workstreams.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Able to confidently engage CxO and Director-level stakeholders, translate business needs into delivery plans, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to manage multi-million-pound budgets, create client proposals/SOWs, and contribute to commercial growth.
• Delivery Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery frameworks experience; ability to tailor methods based on project complexity.
• Technical Oversight: Comfortable overseeing work across Data Engineering, MLOps, Model Deployment, and AI Product teams (though hands-on coding is not required).
• Risk Management and Governance: Skilled at setting up programme health checks, risk registers, RAG reporting, and escalation procedures.
• Team Leadership: Experience managing teams, delivery, and cross-functional squads.
• Problem-Solving: Logical approach to identifying delivery challenges and rapidly course-correcting through structured problem-solving.
• Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and programme reporting dashboards.

Role Overview:

As Head of AI Programme Management, you will take ownership of large-scale AI and data transformation programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to exceptional quality standards. You’ll work directly with clients, internal delivery teams, and leadership to design delivery models, implement governance, and oversee the successful scaling of AI solutions.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic programme management skills with a deep understanding of emerging AI technologies, helping internal stakeholders and clients achieve measurable business transformation through the power of AI.
