Job Summary

As a leader in the company, you will be responsible for executing a vision and strategic plan for the customer success department with a focus on driving product adoption and growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements. An ideal candidate will have a track record of scaling teams and driving customer experience strategy while creating opportunities for upselling, referrals, and client engagement. To be successful in this role, you should have at least four years of client success experience that include leading and growing a team through establishing process, procedure, and KPIs. Key Responsibilities

Lead a growing, global customer success team

Conduct QBRs with Enterprise accounts.

Set up an efficient customer onboarding process.

Define and track performance metrics for customer success

Create internal systems and processes to manage account growth

Renew and grow existing subscriptions

Identify opportunities to increase customer profitability

Work with business heads to deliver maximum customer retention and revenue

Requirements

10+ years of customer success experience

4+ years of management experience

Has experience in growing and scaling a customer success team

Has experience in building new operational processes

Experienced in driving customer experience strategy

Has been responsible for ARR in the past work profiles
