Position Summary:
The HCM System Administrator is responsible for supporting the People & Culture (P&C) Systems Analyst in managing and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM across both Planit and NRI-ANZ entities. This role involves assisting with system updates, training, troubleshooting, report development and contributing to the development and maintenance of training materials and documentation.
The HCM System Administrator will collaborate with the NRI-ANZ support team and the wider P&C Project Team to ensure seamless system operations. They will assist in managing change requests, defects, and system enhancements, ensuring that all updates are implemented efficiently and effectively. Additionally, they will contribute to Oracle Fusion roadmap planning and provide suggestions for new features or enhancements.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement within the P&C systems and proposing innovative solutions. The HCM System Administrator will also play a supportive role in future system implementations, including project planning, system configuration, testing, and rollout.
