In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining the highest quality standards for our software products while working closely with our US-based QA Lead. Strong English communication is essential. Responsibilities:

• Participate in discussions with Vietnam and US teams in English to contribute to test strategies and resolve complex issues
  
• Contribute to the development of comprehensive test strategies and plans
  
• Design and maintain effective test environments
  
• Execute complex test cases, document results, and report defects
  
• Contribute to the refinement of QA processes and recommend best practices
  

Requirements:

• Good written and verbal English communication skills
  
• 5+ years' experience in manual testing
  
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies and testing best practices
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  
• Experience with API testing, device testing (Linux/macOS) is a strong advantage
  
• Experience working in agile environments
  
• Strong understanding of the business and technical aspects of software development
