GEODIS is seeking an experienced HCM Project Manager to lead and deliver our global Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives. This role involves driving HR technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are executed on time and within budget. As an HCM Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries to implement innovative HCM solutions that enhance our HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management :

  • Lead and coordinate the overall GEODIS HCM project execution, ensuring the delivery of each milestone on schedule and within budget
  • Elaborate detailed project plan: timelines, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables in line with GEODIS HR strategies and organizational structure
  • Actively support the Process & Team Director to get prepared and approval from the GEODIS investment committee for project funding and resources.
  • Control and provide regular project budget tracking status and analysis
  • Organize, drive project committee meetings with relevant stakeholders for each project phase with major progress, updates, and any issues requiring attention.
  • Identify and reports on risks, issues transparently, and adjust plans based on feedback and changing business needs with timely resolution to keep projects on track.
  • Work closely with the integration team to guarantee a smooth implementation of the new HCM with minimal disruption to existing systems, processes, and business needs.


Communication & Stakeholder Management :

  • Onboard, coordinate and communicate effectively with external stakeholders (vendors, consultants…) and diverse internal stakeholders: Project sponsors, IT Experts, HR Stream Leads and other functions related to the project ( Finance, Legal, Procurement, Compliance…) as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications
  • Foster collaboration between teams in different functions and various geographies (Americas, APAC & ME, Europe) to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Identify potential conflicts and/or disengagement among stakeholders and proactively develop action plans to mitigate them


Change Management and Training:

  • Work with the Change Manager to define and develop change management plans and user training programs.
  • Partner with HR leaders to ensure the successful adoption of new HCM processes and technology.
  • Act as a champion for new HCM processes and technology, driving user adoption and ensuring end-users are prepared and supported.


Post-Implementation Support:

  • Coordinate post-implementation reviews and handover to operational teams.
  • Ensure any outstanding issues are addressed and success metrics are measured and reported.

Master's Degree (BAC+5) in IT or Poject management
Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of global IT projects.
Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects in a multinational environment.

Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
Experience implementing or managing HRIS/HCM platforms is highly desirable.
Oracle is Mandatory

Certifications:
-Project management certification is mandatory. Agile methodology experience is also required; Scrum Master or Agile --PM certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.

-Excellent communication skills in English are required
