Summary

Job description :

Responsible for providing expert guidance and support in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors configurations, as well as the ability to work.


Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand their HR business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

• Provide expert consulting and configuration for various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll.

• Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and document functional specifications for SuccessFactors implementations.

• Assist clients with the setup, configuration, and customization of SuccessFactors solutions to align with their business processes.

• Conduct system testing, validation, and training to ensure smooth implementation and transition to the new system.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors applications, ensuring continued optimization.

• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.

• Develop detailed project documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.

• Provide knowledge transfer to clients and ensure they are equipped to manage and maintain the system after implementation.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience as an SAP Consultant, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll.

• Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

• Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they integrate with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• SAP SuccessFactors certification is a significant advantage.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
