We are looking to hire an experienced HCC Analyst / Risk Adjustment coder!

Responsibilities:

• Audit outpatient charts to validate ICD 10 diagnosis coding on qualifying HCCs
• Utilize industry-recognized references to support findings, such as the ICD-10 Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, AHIMA Standards of Ethical Coding, and AHA Coding Clinics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree: Med Allied Course or Non-Healthcare Course
• Successful completion of a Medical Coding Certification (CRC/CPC/CIC/CCS/COC)
• With at least 1 year and 6 months of HCC/Risk Adjustment Experience.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Strong familiarity with using EMR/EHR (Electronic Medical Records or Electronic Health Records) systems
• Familiarity with ICD-10 CM codes along with ICD10 Official Coding Guidelines.
