Benefits Compensation
$19.00 - $21/hr

Responsibilities
Reports to: HCBS Program Director
The HCBS Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for individuals with developmental disabilities.
The coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that individuals receive personcentered services that promote independence, integration, and enhanced quality of life within their home and community environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field (not required) or, Equivalent experience in developmental disabilities services or human services may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in coordinating services for individuals with developmental disabilities or a related field Knowledge of DDD service model.
