What You´ll Do

• Planning and forecasting: lead monthly rolling forecast/ business review, perform annual budget / long-term strategic plan.
• Month-end closing: Deliver on time and high-quality month-end closing on each line.
• Analysis and decision support:
• End to end PnL simulation, with deep dive into building blocks of sell-out, sell in, and ROI efficiency.
• Channel profitability analysis and R&O identification.
• Ensure compliance with different guidelines.
• Support on internal and external audit.
• Partner with channel commercial team and business partners on Ad-hoc projects.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• At least 5 years’ experience in financial planning analysis and modeling. FMCG/Retail industry experience is required.
• Bachelor or above in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration fields.
• Advanced command of MS EXCEL and PPT. VBA, Power BI, or other analysis tools is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills (communicating / influencing).
• Proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn.
• Fluent oral and written English.
