Apple is seeking a Project Manager to join our Hardware Technologies Organizational Development and Learning (ODu0026L) team to help drive learning u0026 development programs. We are seeking a proactive and driven new team member to join us!As a HWT ODu0026L Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and strategizing the budget, tracking spend, analyzing trends, reviewing and approving reimbursements, working with procurement, finance, People Business Partners, HWT executive assistants, and senior HWT leaders managing their org's learning budget, and communicating metrics in a comprehensive and clear manner. In addition, you will help in the planning, scheduling, and registration process for HWT ODu0026L offerings, as well as the maintenance of the HWT Technical Conferences Approval Request process, the HWT ODu0026L communication strategy, and the Hardware Tech Learning website.Experience with financial reporting or reviewing/process expense reports. Clear written and communication skills - Professionally synthesize communication reliably across executive and multi-functional teams. Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with creativity in data visualization. Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Process-optimization mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Constantly thinking "how can I do this better".
