Apple is seeking a Project Manager to join our Hardware Technologies Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) team to help drive learning & development programs. The team shares a passion for crafting learning programs that help challenge, drive, and enable people to do their best work. We love helping others find new ways to learn and grow.

**Description**
As a HWT OD&L Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and strategizing the budget, tracking spend, analyzing trends, reviewing and approving reimbursements, working with procurement, finance, People Business Partners, HWT executive assistants, and senior HWT leaders managing their org's learning budget, and communicating metrics in a comprehensive and clear manner.
In addition, you will help in the planning, scheduling, and registration process for HWT OD&L offerings, as well as the maintenance of the HWT Technical Conferences Approval Request process, the HWT OD&L communication strategy, and the Hardware Tech Learning website.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree and 5+ years of related professional experience.
+ Experience in Administration or Project/Program management.
+ Experience working with Excel or Numbers for data processing.
+ Experience with creating Data Visualizations such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
+ Experience with Process Flow/Tracking such as Jira.
+ Experience working in an engineering environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with financial reporting or reviewing/process expense reports.
+ Clear written and communication skills - Professionally synthesize communication reliably across executive and multi-functional teams.
+ Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with creativity in data visualization.
+ Excellent organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
+ Process-optimization mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Constantly thinking "how can I do this better".
+ Exemplary customer service skills: Ensure easy customer approachability and accessibility. Proactively address and resolve issues, focus on problem-solving and helping by building relationships.

**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
