As a member of Meta Infrastructure's Hardware Product Integrity team you will be in the forefront of next generation Data Center hardware. You will be a part of futuristic projects including HW that will be serve as backbone for Meta's AGI vision, be in a position to influence HW technology that serves to connect billions of people across the world!Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Experience in developing reliability test plans to ensure product reliability metrics are met Experience in applying design for reliability techniques including DFMEA, derating and WCCSA 5+ years of experience in industry as reliability engineer or hardware engineering Solid presentation and communication skill MSc in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related discipline Experience in Power Supply Reliability is a plus First hand knowledge of server rack HW is preferred Familiarity with Data Center environments is beneficial
