*Job Title:* Hardware Engineer (Microsoft, Mac, iPhone)

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, and mobile devices (Mac, iPhone).

2. Diagnose hardware issues and perform component-level repairs.

3. Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft operating systems and software.

4. Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.

*Requirements:*

1. Experience with computer hardware, Microsoft OS, and Mac/iPhone troubleshooting.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

3. Good communication skills.

*Nice to Have:*

1. CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT), or similar certifications.

2. Basic knowledge of advertising technology (ad tech) or networking.
