About the team: As a world-renowned VR/AR brand with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, Pico has been at the forefront of the consumer electronic market. We have teams in Northern America, Europe, Japan and South Korea. We are looking for a creative Optical Systems Engineer to join us to build our AR/VR display optics system team, to develop and lead new optical module development for Pico products.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise the daily management and operation of the laboratory, encompassing equipment maintenance, material procurement, and inventory management
* Perform lab audits for safety/regulatory compliance
* Organize and archive experimental data and reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
* Management of internal and external resources for quick prototyping
* Support optical system prototype development in areas of optical/mechanical/electronic component prototyping, integration, testing, and refinement
* Assist the R&D team in experimental design and project implementation, offering technical advice and solutions
