Could you be the full-time hybrid Hardware Application Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, US we're looking for? Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and hardware application expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates. You'll empower and guide a team of engineers to achieve operational excellence and drive continuous improvement in productivity and performance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, HR, and Project Management), define and implement an engineering vision, foster team growth and expertise, and much more." We'll look to you for: * Defining and implementing the engineering vision, including team profiles, skills, and discipline evolutions in terms of technology and department competitiveness. , * Providing support to team project/program execution. , * Being accountable for Process, Methods, and Tools deployment within your scope, and contributing to their improvement. , * Reviewing workload forecasts and capacity, leveraging subcontracting and business strategies, as well as footprint objectives, to staff adequately for Projects/Bids and Programs." , * Setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and setting deadlines. , * Continuously motivating, encouraging, evaluating, recognizing, training, and developing resources in cooperation with HR, in line with the approved performance evaluation process and targets. , * Recognizing high performance and rewarding accomplishments. , * Developing the growth of World Class Engineering (WCE) Experts.
