Description
We are looking for a skilled Hardware Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and hardware within the insurance industry. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Configure and maintain PC desktop systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot moderately complex IT system issues related to hardware, software, networks, and users.
- Participate in technology projects, such as software implementation and user training.
- Educate end-users on the proper use of equipment and software as needed.
- Support technology planning and execute the implementation of technology-related projects.
- Maintain and update documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
- Manage local technology inventory, ensuring equipment availability and handling national shipments when required.
- Provide conference room technology support, including screen sharing, videoconferencing, and telephony setups.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft products, including Office365 and Active Directory.
- Experience with Windows, MacOS, and mobile printer support is preferred.
- Familiarity with conference room technology setups, such as videoconferencing and telephony, is advantageous.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-priority support environment.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Autopilot.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and AD Servers is required.
