About the Role - We are looking for a candidate with 5+ yrs experience in developing a Data Engineering platform, you should also have hands-on experience in most of the following key areas:

• Responsibilities
• Hands on enterprise experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Scala.
• Desirable skills - Hands on enterprise experience with Hadoop, Spark, Splunk, Kafka, Qlik & Grafana.
• Object-oriented/object function scripting languages in Python and R.
• Working with raw data, structured, semi-structured and unstructured data (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience combining large, disconnected datasets using relevant tools and frameworks.
• Building and optimizing ETL / ELT data pipeline.
