Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Representative located in Huntsville, TX. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling guest inquiries, processing check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include resolving guest complaints, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of guests during their stay.

• Experience with Complaint Resolution and Conflict Management
• Proficiency in Reservation Systems and Front Desk Operations
• Organizational and Multitasking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is an advantage
