Eau Claire Golf & Country Club is delighted to announce an exciting career opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant. We are seeking qualified candidates who thrive in a hospitality environment and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Pay: $7.75 + tips

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have a strong customer/guest orientation, prioritizing positive interactions and experiences.
• Must be dependable, ensuring reliable and consistent performance in all assigned tasks.
• Ability to learn and aid the enforcement of course policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a smooth member experience.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions for accurate task execution.
• Maintains a professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of the golf operations team.
• Ensures golf carts are clean and available for member and guest use at all times, contributing to a seamless golf experience.
• Cleans and maintains the cart and bag storage areas, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the golf facilities.
• Maintains driving range and short-game area standards throughout the day.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Golf Professionals, contributing to the overall success of the golf operations team.
  
  

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting an inviting golf atmosphere, contributing to a positive and memorable experience for members and guests.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height.
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling and stooping.
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Repetitive motion required including computer entry.
• Must be able to operate a golf car in a safe manner.
• Normal vision and hearing required.
