We are looking for part time help from our PebbleCreek Community. Help at the gate houses.

Requirements

PURPOSE OF POSITION /SUMMARY

Guest relations representatives greet all visitors, contractors, and employees entering the community through the gates. The position is stationed in the gatehouse and must provide cheerful and friendly assistance to visitors who need directions to a destination in the community. May also register guests on a community management system computer, as determined by the community. Guest relations representatives may also act as patrol dispatchers, answering phone lines and communicating on a two-way radio with roving patrol officers. Dispatch information must be entered in the computer and accurate information given to officers to respond to request for assistance within the community, as determined by the community. Also provide information to homeowners concerning community rules, CC&R's and general information. Will perform other job duties as assigned.

Primary Accountabilites

• Personally greet all who arrive at the main gates, give appropriate directions, issue appropriate vehicle pass. Will also enter visitor information into the community management computer system (PC/QC locations only) .
• Answer incoming phone calls. Dispatch patrol personnel via two way radio
• Computer entry and update of requests for Patrol services (PC/QC locations only). Assist walk in or drive up visitors with information concerning community rules, CC&R's and other information about the community.
  
  

Experience/Skills/Education Requirements

• 2+ Years in a customer service position.
• AED and CPR certification within 12 months of employment.
• Excellent communication Skills
• Two way radio dispatch (PC/QC only)
• Knowledge of computer operation (PC/QC only)
• Knowledge of community streets and ability to locate addresses by the use of a map.
• Ability to maintain a pleasant, helpful demeanor.
• Ability to self-start and work without direct supervision.
