Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Associate, located in Gurugram Sector 84. The Guest Relations Associate will be responsible for providing high-quality guest services, managing guest reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and enhancing their overall experience. The role also involves maintaining good communication with guests and handling any issues or feedback.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is a plus
• GRA gives each guest a personal recognition. This could be in a form of memorizing names of the customers or addressing them with the correct salutations, such as "Miss", "Sir", and “Ma'am".
• GRA escorts VIPs and other affluent peoples to lounge areas and cinemas on their arrival. 
• They attend promptly to customers queries and assist them with their needs.
• Are required to serve customers as per their order.
• They have to take care of the control panel.
