Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking an Internal Sales Specialist to join our dynamic corporate call center team. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests—providing exceptional service over the phone while supporting guest retention through thoughtful appointment scheduling, personalized outreach, and proactive engagement. You will primarily use phone systems to understand customer needs, communicate the benefits of products and services and drive sales through effective communication and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about creating meaningful guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promptly answer all inbound calls and ask targeted questions to match guests with the right services, creating a personalized and positive experience while supporting overall sales efforts.
  • Accurately schedule guest reservations while ensuring all service details are confirmed and communicated clearly.
  • Proactively recommend service enhancements, add-ons, and promotions by aligning offerings with the guest’s individual needs and preferences to elevate their overall experience.
  • Process product purchases and gift card transactions efficiently.
  • Educate guests on benefits of services, company initiatives, and provide insights into the latest beauty industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate service schedules, pricing, and timing in Zenoti while staying up to date on current offerings, products, and promotions to ensure informed and efficient guest support.
  • Support retail and service sales goals by promoting current offers and educating guests on available packages and product pairings.
  • Initiate targeted outreach to loyal and returning guests, encouraging repeat visits through personalized service invitations and promotional offers to drive engagement and service utilization.
  • Partner with team members and leadership to meet individual and departmental KPIs tied to call volume, conversion rate, rebook rate and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate guest profiles to support targeted outreach and personalized communication.
  • Attend and actively participate in monthly department meeting calls.
  • Other duties assigned by leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Sales and hospitality experience in a call center environment, with preferred outbound and inbound call experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Well-versed in the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Strong customer service skills with a sales-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks using the Zenoti computer system.
