Responsibilities:

  • Support our GTM team across multiple B2B clients, focusing on developing and executing campaigns and building connections between Marketing and Sales.
  • Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for various clients.
  • Execute omnichannel sales outreach to prospects and customers on behalf of our market-leading clients.
  • Write compelling copy for marketing materials, social media posts, blogs, emails, and campaign content.
  • Adept at supporting Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with LinkedIn messages, emails, and script building for sales programs.
  • Partner with the GTM clients to generate meetings and opportunities in target accounts through innovative marketing programs.
  • Maintain project timelines for client work and provide regular updates through our Client Services teams.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of our GTM function, including tech stack enhancements and strategic approaches.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent communication skills in all client interactions.
  • Learn and utilize sales automation, execution, and monitoring tools
  • Monitor trends in sales environments and appropriately apply that knowledge within the role.

Qualifications/Competencies:

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or social sales role
  • Interest and passion for sales and b2b marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Smartsheet experience is a plus.
  • Must be tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and software.
  • Proven success working in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
  • Strong organizational/project management skills and high attention to detail
  • Resourceful, proactive, takes initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute sales campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
  • Create content to be shared across social platforms for clients.
  • Create and lead campaign reporting calls with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to support multiple campaigns for various clients simultaneously. (Heavy focus on working with the Transmission media team – background knowledge of media is a plus.)
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent communication skills in all client interactions.

  • Challenge the way we do things if you see a better alternative & be able to build the business case for it.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the day-to-day contact.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and software.



Salary range for this position: $69,000 - $75,000 DOE & professional certifications.
