Growth Product Manager
Position Overview
The Growth Product Manager is responsible for driving the product development and growth strategy by identifying market opportunities and implementing effective product solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and execution, ensuring that products meet the needs of customers while achieving business objectives. This is a 12-month, 40 hour per week contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a broad range of teams, including but not limited to core product, marketing, engineering, analytics, operations, QA, business development and design teams
- Optimize and overhaul consumer facing marketing flows across the subscription lifecycle, from acquisition to onboarding and engagement, through to retention and winback
- Gather business requirements and use cases from various teams, and identify necessary key capabilities across multiple marketing platforms
- Partner with the Customer Lifecycle team to form a best-in-class growth program
- Build strong presentations that convey a vision and tell a story that leaders at all levels of the organization can get behind
- Creatively problem solve and propose solutions, while understanding any known limitations and resource constraints
- Help prioritize key initiatives and evangelize the roadmap, acting as the driving force behind the work at all levels, across all functions
- Measure and analyze experiences based on KPIs with an eye on optimization opportunities over time
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience as a marketing focused product manager; B2C advertising/marketing technology a plus
- Deep understanding of growth product management, with previous experience serving as a subject matter expert in subscription and/or recurring revenue business models
- Strong presentation skills paired with the ability to build a vision and tell a story that inspires and influences large, cross-functional partners at all levels
- Deep experience digging into details to identify opportunities that utilize existing capabilities, in new ways
- Past success in driving significant impact in matrixed structures, using partnership and collaboration to influence co-workers, leaders, and partners
- Proven history working on complex, international, time-critical projects You create, build, and cultivate positive interpersonal relationships, are flexible in nature and able to tackle challenges
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
