Location: San Jose, CA, onsite
Salary: $100,000-$140,000 base

- 4+ years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, and social media management.
- Experience in a B2B environment. SaaS or Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts to drive growth in our business. This position blends responsibility for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and programs, assisting with the delivery of engaging marketing events (physical and virtual), managing organic social media presence, and assisting in the enablement of our Sales and SDR teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and more.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create supportive marketing materials that enhance their outreach efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for growth.
- Create and update marketing materials with graphic design tools.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on growth strategies.
- Expertise in campaign management and social media marketing.
- Strong sales support experience, with a track record of successful collaboration with sales teams.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and principles.
- In-depth knowledge of growth marketing tactics and best practices.
- Experience working in SaaS or Cybersecurity industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing operations and SalesForce is desirable.
