Summary

Job Description

  • Understand the financial needs and requirements of clients to propose tailored solutions.
  • Engage with clients regularly to understand and gather their requirements effectively.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client portfolios to evaluate risk and creditworthiness.
  • Develop and structure customized financial solutions in alignment with Prachay’s offerings.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals to the internal credit committee.
  • Coordinate the collection of all necessary documents and information required for credit approval.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation for credit sanctions.
  • Oversee the sanctioning process of credit lines and ensure prompt disbursement.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and financial regulations during the sanction process.
  • Regularly monitor client accounts to ensure proper usage of credit lines and adherence to repayment schedules.
  • Identify potential risks early and work proactively on mitigation strategies.
  • Lead collection efforts for overdue payments and manage the recovery of outstanding debts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with a select group of clients, providing ongoing support and financial insights.
