At Field Doctor, we have one clear mission: to create delicious, science-led meals that support better health. We believe in food as medicine, and since launching, we've seen rapid growth. We're now looking for a hands-on Growth Manager to help execute our direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategy in 2025 and beyond.
This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, execution-focused marketer who can implement campaigns across online and offline channels. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our marketing activities, optimizing performance and driving high-quality customer acquisition and retention.
About Field Doctor
We create chef-made, dietitian-designed meals tailored to specific health needs—supporting conditions like Type 2 Diabetes, Cancer, IBS, and overall well-being. Our meals are handcrafted in small batches in Somerset and delivered nationwide, offering customers personalized nutrition at their doorstep.
Our D2C business is thriving, and we're also building a B2B growth channel, targeting health, care, corporate wellness, students, and employee meals. Since our national launch in 2021, we've helped thousands of customers and delivered over 1 million meals. We operate with a subscription-first model while offering one-off purchases for new customers.
About the Role

Reporting to the CCO, the Growth Manager will work closely with our marketing team to execute customer acquisition and retention campaigns to drive business growth in the UK.
This is a hands-on execution role where you'll be responsible for implementing performance marketing campaigns, managing partnerships, executing CRM activities, and supporting business development initiatives. You'll focus on tactical execution to ensure our marketing efforts deliver strong ROI.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute the D2C marketing plan across paid, organic, and offline channels
· Manage day-to-day operations of marketing channels including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
· Implement digital acquisition campaigns across:
· Coordinate offline marketing activities including Direct Mail, Flyers/Inserts, and Events
· Execute customer retention initiatives through CRM and lifecycle marketing
· Monitor campaign performance, gather data, and prepare regular reports on key metrics (CAC, ROI, etc.)
· Support the development of creative assets and messaging for campaigns
· Maintain and update the marketing calendar to ensure timely campaign execution
Who You Are
A detail-oriented, action-driven marketer with strong execution skills and a data-focused mindset.
Experience & Background
· 2+ years in e-commerce marketing, with experience in campaign execution
· Hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns
· Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
· Familiarity with D2C subscription businesses is a plus
· Comfortable working with data and using it to optimize campaign performance
· A doer who thrives on execution and getting things done
