Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Hacker to lead our growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving user acquisition, optimizing our online presence, and contributing to Clinked's overall expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative growth strategies to boost user acquisition and retention.
• Experimentation: Launch A/B tests and growth experiments across multiple channels.
• Data Analysis: Track user behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and sales teams to align and integrate growth tactics.
• Content-Driven Acquisition: Create and support engaging, conversion-focused content.
• SEO & SEM Execution: Enhance organic and paid search visibility and effectiveness.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly report on growth KPIs, providing insights and actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in a growth-focused role, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
• Technical Tools: Skilled with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Ads, and CRMs.
• Marketing Stack: Strong foundation in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Mindset: Analytical, entrepreneurial, creative, and eager to experiment with bold ideas.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
