What does a day in the life of a Growth Director look like?

  • Inspire, influence, and support the Partners and their teams (20+ people) to achieve and exceed their monthly sales goals
  • Lead pitches for new business and identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell
  • Attend new business opportunities and drive the sales process through to closure
  • Assist in training and upskilling Growth Partners and Specialists in all things digital strategy, digital marketing best practices, tools and publishers
  • Build sales opportunities through partnerships and clever commercial opportunities
  • Work alongside the sales enablement team and CGO to identify capability gaps, build programs and create support systems to drive performance
  • Proactively drive new business opportunities through strategic networking and pipeline management


What skills do you need?

  • The ability to lead through influence by demonstrating what good looks like
  • A combination of business acumen, a strategic approach to new businesses and an ability to close deals
  • Ultimate relationship building skills with a high EQ
  • Proven 7 years + experience in similar sales leadership roles
  • Highly motivated and results driven, with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Commercially savvy - Digital marketing knowledge is essential
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Love the hunt, and enjoy meeting new people
  • Experience in agency or digital marketing is preferred but not essential
