ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Group Quality team, we are looking for a Group Quality Assurance Manager, responsible for overseeing the implementation of group-wide quality and food safety standards and policies, and of leading improvement projects across our production network.


More in detail, the position will focus on:

  • Definition and dissemination of group-wide policies and procedures for quality and food safety, supporting in the implementation of Group-wide quality and food safety standards
  • Execution of internal audits in the production plants and support in the preparation of client audits
  • Coordination of structured and harmonized action plans in case of critical or recurring non-conformities, collaborating with local quality managers
  • Training and coaching of local quality managers on international quality standards and industry regulations
  • Supervision and coordination in the management of more complex claims and implement comprehensive corrective actions in case of systematic issues in quality processes
  • Management of critical or systematic suppliers non-conformities


Work location will be in Nichelino (TO) or Bergamo. Availability to travel internationally is required.


EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Food Science and Technology, Biology. Master in Quality Management is a plus
  • Extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Compliance, gained in multinational companies in the food, cosmetics or medical device industry
  • Advanced English
  • Analytical skills, proactivity, team working, used to work on projects
